Description
Large one level family home with large room to rent for short or long stay , fully furnished, ideal for professional people, holiday makers, backpackers and students. The room has a beautiful king size bed with a single bed in addition. An additional single bed is available which would suit a child.
Breakfast and evening meal available upon request and I cater for any nationality.
Breakfast can be supplied at only $15 per person ( choice of continental or cooked ) with tea or freshly brewed coffee and an evening meal at $20 per person with a glass of wine or a beer. A champagne or wine / cheese platter can be supplied on arrival if booked ahead at a cost of $50 for 2 x people.
Red or white wine can be supplied at $15 per bottle and can be chilled for you on arrival after your journey!
Packed picnics can also be arranged at $40 for 2 x people
A trip to the Blue Mountains can be arranged , an eastern suburbs beaches trip including Bondi Beach ( with a fish and trip lunch ) or a northern beaches trip .Also a factory outlet shopping tour can be arranged. Prices for any tours on request.
There is a great hotel/pub within easy walking distance for a nice evening meal or lunch and they serve great steaks for only $10!
There are also Thai , Japanese and Indian restaurants close by and walking distance. Large Westfield shopping centres are only a bus ride away at Miranda or Hurstville and Georges River cruises are a popular thing for tourists and locals alike to enjoy from Sans Souci Pier.
Ramsgate beach is a 10 minute walk and Brighton beach with all its pavement cafes is a short bus ride or 5 minutes by car.
Sleeping arrangements
Large air conditioned comfortable room, with french doors leading to private tropical garden with awning and night time lighting and seating.
The room sleeps up to 4 guests, ideal for one small family or ideally a couple.

1 Single Bed ( with an extra foldaway single bed available if needed)
TV and Bar Fridge
Private bathroom .
Access to the rest of the Bali style home and all facilities.
Laundry, dishwasher.... home from home.
There is a Bbq, Kayaks, Garden Swing, Hammock, and outdoor Wicker Furniture and also a heated outdoor spa.
Relax in this personable Bali Home close to the centre of Sydney and enjoy a glass of wine to the sound of wind chimes and the water features.
Aiport Pick up available
I can arrange a personal pick up service from and to the airport for a small charge ( much cheaper than a taxi ) and at any time of the day.
Dogs are welcome but there is a charge of $20 per night per pet. A pet sitting service is offered for free if I am home to offer company to your four legged friend whilst you go to a function or go out to dinner and even a walk could be done!
