Ideal for groups or families looking for a place with space as it boasts the convenience of two split living areas.

Downstairs features living room complete with LCD TV, Platinum FOXTEL and DVD, gas log fire, outdoor deck area overlooking the 9th tee at The Sands, 2 bedrooms (2 x Queen Beds), bathroom, kitchenette and a fenced backyard.

Upstairs, a second family room with another large plasma TV, Platinum FOXTEL and DVD, gas log fireplace, master bedroom with Queen Bed and ensuite. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds that can be zipped together to make a king bed.

There is a large kitchen with bi-fold windows opening into a large upper deck and BBQ area. This lounge/dining opens up to the BBQ deck with outdoor setting and spectacular golf views.

The Sands is a private golf course therefore access to play is restricted to members and members guests. Please contact us should you wish to play golf.
