Corymbia is a modern, spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home set on over 5 acres of pristine natural bush with abundant birdlife (that has been approved as land for wildlife status).
Conveniently located for both Dunsborough and Yallingup and easy access to many attractions including wineries, bakery and an ice creamery nearby.
The house is ideally suited to 2 families as the open plan living area separates 2 bedrooms at each end, allowing each family their own bathroom, space and privacy. Alternatively the house could accommodate 3 to 4 couples.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite which includes a spa bath.
A second bedroom has a queen sized bed.
The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds in it, which is also where children’s toys and books are kept.
The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed which is composed of a double bed with a single bed above it. This room also has a wooden cot.
The outdoor patio has a large table and BBQ for your use.
The front patio is a lovely area for sitting and reading the paper or enjoying a drink.
All of the bedrooms and patio's have beautiful views of the surrounding bush.
The indoor wood fire will keep you warm and cosy over winter. There is also an outdoor fire pit at the front of the house.
Enjoy ambling around the beautiful peppermint, jarrah and eucalypt trees, listen to the sounds of the creek running or the birds singing or just enjoy the view.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you should require for your stay.
Please note, linen is NOT INCLUDED. Guests must bring their own sheets, towels, pillow slips and bath mats.
No pets allowed.
For long weekends and public holidays, a minimum of 3 nights booking is required.
Sorry no school leavers during leavers week.
