Located 200m walking distance to the calm family friendly front beach and 650m to the famous Cape Woolamai Surf Beach. Local ammenities are readily available with a corner store a short walk away, offering yummy breakfast, coffee and provisions. A bottle shop, small supermarket and eateries are also easily available and only 1 km away.
The homes open plan living area with large picture windows take in the beauty of the area from all aspects. With stereo, LCD television, DVD player, and full ammenities this open plan living area is more than comfortable. After each perfect day take advantage of the of the large rear deck and enjoy BBQ dinners with family and friends while you preview the Islands magnificent sunsets.
