'Summerstrand' at Breamlea is just over the dune, a 300 m walk, from the Breamlea and Bancoora surf beaches, and has spectacular garden views.

The living room flows into the dining room providing open plan living. Centrally located is the woodfire fireplace to create a cozy atmosphere. The expansive windows provide views into the developed native garden. Appliances include a reverse cycle air conditioner, a television with DVD player and X-box gaming console.

The wooden kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities including a stove, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. It is finished with marble topped benches.

The main outdoor area is the rear garden, which is North facing, making the best of daylight hours. Equipped with a gas BBQ and expansive deck, it is an ideal location to spend time outdoors while enjoying the serene surroundings with moonah trees and native grasses. All to the sound of rolling surf as a backdrop.

Local Attractions

Summerstrand is bordered by some of the best and most famous surf breaks in Australia. Directly over the dune from the front door is a shore break which is often good for longer boards. A short walk down the beach is the Bancoora Rocks break which provides excellent surf for all boards and levels of experience. Walk in the other direction and you will come across the famous Point Impossible break. A short drive away is 13th Beach and Bells Beach breaks.
There is a great variety of fishing surrounding Summerstrand, in an area named for the most abundant of local fish, the Bream. Head to Thompson's Creek and try your luck with bait or soft plastics for Bream. Winter fishing is particularly good for Salmon off Breamlea beach just over the dune. The best time of day is usually 2 hours prior to high tide.
If you're looking for something with an edge to it why not try the local scenic flights to really explore everything the beautiful coastline has to offer. For the real thrill seekers, you can also book in for some skydiving for an even more memorable experience.
If you are thinking of trying your hand at golf, 'Summerstrand' at Breamlea is centrally located between two of the finest golf courses Victoria has to offer. Take a short drive to enjoy golfing at the luxurious Torquay Sands Golf Course or near Barwon Heads, the 13th Beach Golf Links course

in bunk beds and is perfect for singles or children
The fourth bedroom can also be a family room and sleeps two in bunk beds with a tall boy for storage. The bunk beds can be split into two single beds if necessary. This room is perfect for the kids, boasting plenty of free space.
