Location, location, location- 1 minute to main bus route, 4 mins to corner store, 1 min to popular Greek restaurant, take aways, pizza, and an easy stroll to hub of Mooloolaba boutique shopping and beach.

This apartment places right on the water with no road to cross and sandy beach with pontoon. A short stroll to cafe, restaurant and shopping area. This unit enjoys the peace and quiet not found by others on the busy esplanade on the ocean beach front. Serenity Waters will provide for your family holiday or relaxing retreat.

Large private rooftop is for your exclusive use with stunning views over the waterways with your own private sun deck.
