Sticks by the Sea is the perfect beach house for your getaway, be a short break or a long summer escape.
Just 3 hours from Sydney and Canberra (40 minutes from Nowra or 1 hour from Batemans Bay), Sticks by the Sea is located in the magical paradise of Manyana.
Once off the highway, your break begins with a beautiful bushland drive through Conjola National Park.
With beaches in all directions, the views from our beach front position are second to none and you will be spoilt for choice with things to do ~ swimming, surfing, snorkelling, beach and bush walking.
If you love fishing, boating or watersports, then Manyana is the place for you, with Lake Conjola, Berringer Lake and Bendalong boat ramp just minutes away.
The location features are many ~ for the foodies, try the hidden gem of St. Isodore's, Milton, for your Seafood fix checkout Rick Stein's world class restaurant at Bannisters, or for a great drop and classic cuisine drop into Cupitts Winery & Restaurant, Ulladulla are only a short 30 minute drive away.
For the music buff, check out the fantastic live shows at the historic Milton Theatre.
Visit the local wildlife with kangaroos and stingrays at nearby Bendalong beach, or do some whale and dolphin spotting as you sit and relax on the upper deck.
Our Beach House
Sticks by the Sea comfortably sleeps 8 - 10.
Upstairs there are 2 x Queen bedrooms and 1 x Twin singles bedroom.
Downstairs there is 1 x Queen bedroom, along with a double sofa bed + single bed + single trundle available in the rumpus area.
The fully equipped kitchen will meet all your "Master Chef" needs (dishwasher, electric stove/oven, microwave & fridge), as well as a covered gas BBQ area (off the kitchen) for the "Man Chef".
The 2 lounge areas (upstairs & downstairs), both have large plasma TV's & DVD players + a selection of DVDs, which provides "time out space" for kids and adults.
There is a stereo with radio, CD & iPod connection, which also connect to outdoor speakers in the BBQ area.
The upstairs bathroom has a large shower, bath, vanity area & separate toilet.
Downstairs there is a second shower, vanity and toilet.
The front courtyard has a very private outdoor hot/cold shower, as well as a "beachside" cold shower to rinse off the sand.
There are 2 large entertaining decks, as well as a protected, sun drenched courtyard.
Laundry facilities (washing machine, iron/ironing board & drying rack) are located downstairs.

Bed linen (sheets) and towels are NOT provided.
Internet access is not provided.

Our beach house is NON SMOKING, this includes ALL deck, courtyard and lawn areas.
Access to the garage is NOT INCLUDED in your booking.
Pets are NOT allowed.
NO SCHOOLIES GROUPS PERMITTED
You MUST be over 21 years of age to make a booking at Sticks by the Sea, and photo ID such as a drivers licence, may be requested at the time of booking.
A refundable* security bond and cleaning fee is payable for each stay, please contact for details.
