Three large bedrooms are well-fitted out with 1 Queen size bed each. Master room downstairs comes with ensuite bathroom and His and Hers walk in robes, alarm clock with ipod dock. Two Bedrooms upstairs comes with large built in robes and share a luxurious big bathroom with bath and shower.

RATE :

Short Term Lease - Minimum 3 months - $850 per week including utilities and wifi (10 GB per month). Rent is for the fully furnished house, to be paid monthly in advance. Bond of one month's rent is required. Alternatively, a rent exclusive of utilities can be negotiated.
