Description

This cedar cottage is ideal for couples or a family. It is immaculately presented with a beachy feel and is perched on the high side of the street with treetop views. The driveway meanders past the house to a rear parking area. The backyard is large and is surrounded by trees, offering privacy from the neighbouring houses.

The open plan interior offers high ceilings, a lounge, a dining area, a well equipped kitchen, and a laundry that provides a rear entry. Airconditioning helps to keep the house cool in summer and a gas Coonara makes it easy to stay warm during cool evenings.

The cottage comfortably sleeps six people. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three toilets. The main bedroom has a queen bed with bahama style decor and a roomy ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third has a bunk. Two trundle single mattresses are available on request. The queen and double mattresses are sealy posturepedic for sleeping comfort. Each bedroom has built in wardrobes.

Please provide own towels, sheets, and pillow cases. If linen is required, and if you would like the beds made up before your arrival, please provide at least two weeks notice. The optional linen surcharge will apply.

PLEASE NOTE:
. The Cottage is unsuitable for pets, large groups, schoolies, or for camping. It is also a non-smoking environment.
. The Cottage must be left in the same tidy and clean condition as you found it on arrival otherwise a cleaning fee will apply.
. If you prefer, a cleaning fee option is available on request. Please inform owner prior to stay or before departure.

The Deckings

The house boasts six squares of decking, which brings the outdoor in. With a large deck at the front and another at the back, the house is designed with entertainment and relaxation in mind.

The back deck is undercover, providing protection from the elements. The front deck faces the comfy lounge and opens up to large sliding glass doors. It offers plenty of privacy to take in the therapeutic sea air, bask in the sun, and enjoy the bushy surrounds. Listen to the ocean waves crashing along the shore whilst relaxing on a hammock - bliss!

The cottage is located within walking distance of the Peninsula's famous Number Sixteen surfing beach. Nature walks along this coastal parkland are easily accessible. For a swim, take a short drive or leisurely stroll to the beautiful bay beaches. If adventure is the order of the day, then take advantage of the holiday activities that the Peninsula provides.
