Description
Enjoy the peace and serenity of this area by spending lazy mornings on the verandah feeding the local Kookaburras and catching a spectacular sunrise or sunset.
There are 3 open acres of land for you to enjoy and Promontory Vista is the perfect spot (high on a hill) to go kite flying.
Promontory Vista has bedding for a MAXIMUM of 8 people with the main bedroom having a queen bed (complete with ensuite) while bedroom 2 has a single bed and trundle bed (as well as a cot), bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and bedroom 4 has a double bed. Two of the bedrooms have column heaters in them and there are electric blankets on all beds.
Due to sea breezes we don't have an air-conditioner as the temperature rarely requires one however there are 2 pedestal fans if needed.
The kitchen is equipped with an upright stove/oven. There is also a microwave oven/electric frying pan/rice cooker and a slow cooker along with the BBQ. There is all the cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils you would expect in a full kitchen.
There is gas heater in the kitchen for those chilly mornings.
Promontory Vista has a cosy Coonara heater (with wood provided), a Plasma TV complete with DVD player. There is also a CD player, an iPod stereo system, books, games, outdoor toys and an expansive grassed outdoor area to enjoy. An outdoor decked area has a BBQ and outdoor heater where you can enjoy the most amazing views of The Prom as you cook up your dinner. Views can also be taken in from the kitchen and lounge area.
The main bathroom has a toilet, shower and bath. The ensuite to the master bedroom has a shower and toilet.
While away the hours on this beautiful property which is located only 10 minutes from various beaches and 10 minutes drive to Fish Creek with Foster only 20 minutes drive away.
Rates/Cancellation policy....
PLEASE NOTE - We do not accept stays of less than 1 night.
Rates are for 1-4 people. Each extra person $20pn (children not using existing bedding are free).
Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to arrival for Easter/School Holiday/ Christmas/New Year stays
A deposit equal to one nights accommodation is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 1 week before arrival.
Minimum 2 night stays apply during peak periods.
Refunds/Cancellations:
On cancellation we do not refund, however your stay may be transferred to a later date if at least 8 weeks notice is given.
