Check in time after 1pm and checkout before 11am - there may be flexibility with these times.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled less than 1 month prior to arrival 50% of the deposit will be kept. If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival the entire deposit will be kept.

A deposit of $600 is required to hold a booking which will be deducted from the final amount. Remaining rental plus a bond of $1000 is required to be paid via online bank transfer one week before arrival or cash on pick up of keys. Bond will be refunded upon final inspection after departure.
