Lovely location on a private, quiet bush surrounded block, 500 metres from Rye's front beach. 3 b/r beach house with open plan living. Sleeps 8 (max 6 adults). French doors open to large deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Take a stroll down our peaceful no-thru road to the playground or walk along the beach to your favourite Rye or Blairgowrie cafe. We are also only a few minutes drive to the beautiful ocean beaches and coastal paths of the Mornington Peninsula National Park.
Sorry, but no-smoking, no schoolies, no pets.
Note: during the January school holidays, we have a requirement of 7 days minimum booking, from Saturday to Saturday.
