Description
This sunny two bedroom unit is located right in the heart of Devonport's recreational district. It is in walking distance to the beach, the Mersey Bluff lighthouse, walking tracks, tennis courts, sporting grounds and playgrounds. Devonport's main shopping district is about a 10-15 minute walk away.
There is a double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. There is also a spare mattress available for a fifth person if requred. A port-a-cot is available upon request.
The unit has a brand new bath (installed July 2011) with a shower over. There is a full kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster crockery, cutlery and pots & pans. There is also a washing machine in the laundry.
The lock up garage has internal access.
The unit is conveniently located for Spirit of Tasmania passengers.
We service the unit before and after your stay, and are always available during your stay should you need anything. Linen and towels are provided.
For the health and comfort of our guests, please note that smoking is not permitted in the unit.
