Please take time to read the following which will undoubtedly make your stay more enjoyable:

1.Check in time is from 2.00pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
2.Check out time is 11.00am unless prior arrangements have been made
3.Rubbish Bin pick up is early Monday morning so you will need to put the bin out the night before. If you’re checking out on the Sunday, please put the red lidded bin out to the curb side for collection.
4.Smoking: Please respect the wishes of the homeowner and DO NOT SMOKE INDOORS. Glass bowls in the cupboards can be used and a large terracotta bowl filled with sand on the veranda is provided. Please dispose of butts thoughtfully and ensure are all removed when departing.
5.Public Phone if required is located opposite the boat ramp as the landline is not connected at the house.
6.Cleaning: Your cleaner has been arranged, so please remove all rubbish (into red lidded bin), any recycling (into yellow lidded bin), any green waste (into green lidded bin) and leave the house tidy.
7.Your nearest shop is located opposite the Hotel in the main street; it closes at 8pm in the winter and is open later in the summer.
8.Septic Effluent System: To prevent blockages of the system, please ensure that only toilet paper is flushed.
9.Breakages: Please report ALL breakages to David Venables (owner) on so replacements can be arranged
10.A Fish Cleaning area is located on the southern side of the property. Please do not clean fish inside, on the veranda, cement or driveway. Crab shells and waste is not to be thrown in the garden, dispose of either in a sealed bag in the bin or out to sea.
11.Gas: The heater is the only gas appliance on the property. If you run out of gas for the BBQ, take the cylinder to the petrol station in the main street to have filled and you’ll be reimbursed for the cost.
FIRES are allowed on the beach
13.Occupants: The number of people allowed to sleep here is strictly SIX. Failure to adhere to this will result in immediate termination of your tenancy.
14.Pets are welcome, just ensure that they’re not on ANY furniture and that all pet hair is removed with the vacuum cleaner kept in the foyer cupboard.
DOC: Please do not alter the tuning controls and handle the equipment and movies provided with care.
16.Ducted Air Conditioning: The controls are located above the electricity power box in the foyer.

UPON LEAVING
1.Check the fridge and remove all personal food items.
2.Lock all doors and windows
3.Leave keys in the letterbox
