Stay warm in the winter months and cool in summer. This two-bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment is self-contained, immaculately furnished and only 2 years old. We have electric blankets, heating and flannellette sheets so you won't be cold in winter, and the airconditioning (and pedestal fans in each room) will keep you cool in summer. It is located in Braddon and is a 10-minute walk to the city centre and only a short stroll to the Braddon shopping precinct and restaurants/bars.
It has a security entrance and secure underground garage with 2 parking spaces.
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, ensuite and BIRs. The Second bedroom offer 2-single beds and BIR.
The open plan dining/living has 2 beautiful leather couches, one with a comfortable double sofa bed, and a dining table seating six. There is also a single rollaway bed available at no extra charge. The lounge room and master bedroom opens up onto a spacious terrace/courtyard, with security screen doors.
The apartment can house 6 people in total and is perfect for families with small children (it is on the ground floor with a small courtyard), couples and small groups.

A portacot, highchair, 3 wheeler pram and baby bath are all available free of charge! And you won't miss your favourite sporting event as we now have FOXTEL (Sports Package includes Fox Sports 1,2 and 3). We also provide 15 movies on dvd. It is fully-equipped and we provide soap, toilet paper, dishwashing powder and washing machine powder (there is a washine machine and dryer in the laundry) for your entire stay! All this at much better rates than the big hotels!

Our rates are the same regardless of how many people stay (max 6). There is no extra charge use of the rollaway, portacot or highchair and toilet paper, washing powder and soap are all included in the price. Rates during Floriade are more expensive due to the high demand. These are listed below are normal rates.

1-2 weeks - $1050 per week (8-13 days pro rata)

2-4 weeks - $900 per week

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stayed with our 3 kids including twins. Travelling with infant twins is an effort in itself but owners made our trip so much easier and thought of almost everything. Clean and well setup and perfect for young families with extra portacots, toys, dvds, plastic tableware and more. The ground floor location was also a bonus for getting luggage and kids in and out. Thankyou so much for making our holiday even more enjoyable and look forward to staying again.

The apartment was clean, close to shops, all major attractions and was well equipped. I have stayed in many serviced apartments with my children and have never stayed in one with so many 'kid friendly' items. The Welcome Folder was chock-full of things to do and the abundance of take-away menus and directions to restaurants was a god-send. I would definitely stay here again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic facility, small but quite roomy and well laid out for functionality and handy semi private courtyard. Absolutely everything needed was available and included. Apartment is beautifuly maintained and is in an easy to get to central location, close to shops and Dickson restaurant strip. Definately recommend for any visitor to Canberra, including big families.
