Rated 5 out of 5 by from Blue Gum House was a delightful place to spend a few days. It's mountain bushland setting is peaceful and beautiful, with local bushwalks almost at the back door. The house itself is very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. We had everything we needed and more, including the luxury of a spa, for which there was plenty of hot water. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly visit again.

Plenty of space to read, chat, watch TV; lovely log fire; fully equipped kitchen & laundry (we didn't use the laundry - we were ON HOLIDAY!!); good for early morning walks; close to shops for coffee, shopping, browsing. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Blue Gum House was absolutely perfect for our family (five of us - three aged under 6), in probably one of the best locations in the blue mountains. The house is lovely, well appointed and very comfortable - and surprisingly large and open inside. There were lots of special touches that made our stay even better - great appliances, a cosy fire, and a fantastic spa! We enjoyed the books, the games and exploring the local walks, shops and attractions. Thank you Marie for accommodating us so well! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

We loved sitting in front of the fire and relaxing and the kids had plenty to explore. The beds were really comfortable and the sunken spa was an added bonus.
