Rated 4 out of 5 by from Relaxing StayBlue Mountains Rhapsody My Review The house was comfortable but very dated. The kitchen has undergone a renovation and was fabulous and big enough to cater for 10 guests. We enjoyed the open fire and the kids enjoyed playing badminton, however we could not find any bocce equipment . The location of the house is superb and we could walk out the front door and head to any number of fabulous walks and waterfalls. The superb view was what made our stay memorable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from just ok as a group of friends we regularly book weekends away with the focus on self contained accommodation, as we love to cook and entertain "in house" kitchen and appliances are our first requirement . rhapsody has a fabulous view and is ideally located , unfortunately the oven was not very functional [door had to be held closed with a chair , cd player doesnt work and central bathroom light also wasnt working despite having changed globes] . managing agent was lovely but couldnt fix any problems during our 3 night stay .Property needs some money spending and/ or tariffs need reducing to reflect value . we will chose elsewhere in future

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Place to Stay This was a lovely house which had everything we needed in. Very warm, a beautiful log fire welcoming us when we arrived. The view was breathtaking and the kids had a great time playing in the garden. Would definitely come back for another Christmas in July celebration

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous location - incredible view We loved our stay at Rhapsody. We were two families totalling 9 people and it was very comfortable. The 3 boys slept in the fabulous attic upstairs (and did some great time lapse photography of the morning mist over Mount Solitary) while the rest of us slept in the 3 bedrooms downstairs. The fireplace was lovely, and the kitchen well equipped. The beds weren't the most comfortable (hard mattresses) and it would have been nice to have bedside tables in the second bedroom as well as some spare bath towels, but otherwise all was great. Loved the kitchen - would be good to get the knives sharpened and stock the pantry with just a few basics. Enjoyed all the sulfur-crested cockatoos and rosellas which visited our verandah every day. Wish we were back there! Had a lovely dinner at Vesta in Blackheath and also enjoyed sitting in the winter sun at Leura Garage.
