Zig Zag RailwayThe ZZR is a Victorian engineering marvel. From in 1869 to 1910 trains heading across the Blue Mountains used the ZZR to descend to western plains. This is a delight for all the family any day of the week. On weekends the experiece is enhanced by the use os steam locomotives. |

Hartley VillageHartley is a time capsule minutes from Tara. It is beautifully preserved 19th century village just off the Great Western Highway. It consists of 17 buildings of historic significance dating from the 1837 Greek Revival courthouse to the timber and iron Corneys Garage built in 1945. |
