What to see

Brisbane Waters

Brisbane Waters is a beautiful stretch of water. It is an hours drive from Sydney on the scenic central coast. Most of the waterway is surrounded by lovely foreshore walks. There are many locations to explore by ferry, houseboat etc. Many wharfs some busy such as Hardys Bay where the Cockatoo Ferry pulls in, here you can sit at a waterfront cafe or restaurant, have fish n chips and a beer from the bottle shop under the yum yum tree or find a quiet area like Cockle Bay where you can catch a big flattie from the wharf and watch the sunset.
