This house has one of the best views in Patonga. Sit back and relax and enjoy sensational 180 degree, ever changing views of Patonga bay, no matter what the weather. A wall of folding doors fully opens the living space to the verandah where you are surrounded by the views of the bay, the creek and the bush. You enjoy complete privacy and the space to relax and unwind.
Two living areas ensures there is room for all. Ideal for a weekend away with friends or family. Open plan living includes a modern kitchen, large dining and living areas with a contemporary gas fire and see through blinds to draw in those winter months. In summer ceiling fans are there to keep you cool.
The main bedroom has an ensuite with spa bath. The bedroom features tall windows with views of bush, creek and beach. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds which can, if required, lock together to form a queen bed. There is also a sofa bed, with latex topper downstairs in the living area.
You are assured of a happy, relaxing time at Patonga Views....
Off street parking is available for approximately three to four cars if you are happy to use the driveway - be warned it is on the steep side. Alternatively park at the bottom of the driveway. And look out for the bush turkeys who stroll around!
Patonga is a delightful fishing village which provides the starting point for several wonderful bushwalks into the National Park. The creek is also an ideal area for both adults and children to explore. You can also come prepared to play tennis at the local courts found at the end of the beach while the children have fun in the playground situated next to the courts. These courts can be booked at the local shop. Bring your kayak too if you have one, for a wonderful paddle up the creek.
A daily ferry offers a trip across the bay to Palm Beach. A water taxi service is available if you need it.
For fine dining try Pearls on the Beach at Pearl Beach next door to Patonga, ten minutes away and situated on the beach.
Alternatively buy a quick dinner of fish and chips at the local shop or relax with casual dining at the new Patonga Tavern opposite the wharf. The Tavern is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner during holidays and weekends and provides a great view of the bay.
Feel like a drive? Drive over to Killcare Beach and have a wonderful meal looking over the magnificent beach. The casual restaurant is situated above the surf club.

The perfect spot.
We recently had a girls weekend up there and it was a perfect. With access to the pub, the beach, a coffee shop it seemed to have just what we needed for a quick getaway. We also took the ferry on a round trip to Cottage Point for lunch at the Cottage Point Inn and had a sensational day. It was so easy.
When we weren't out and about the house was a retreat of calm and comfort. There was room for everyone and we spent many hours happily reading and enjoying the beautiful views. The attention to detail was great and there wasn't a thing that we needed that we didn't find in the house. The owners were also extremely helpful in organising the booking.

Linger Longer @ Patonga
Perfect place to relax with friends or family & enjoy the beautiful Patonga. Large clean house with awesome views from indoors by the fire or on the veranda. Easy to catch ferry or organise sailing / fishing trips from wharf. Patonga pub is perfect & locals very friendly. Thanks so much.

We found this house perfect for a relaxing weekend with all the family, it absorbed the 10 of us with heaps of room to spare. The views from the deck complimented the chilled out vibe of the decor. Very well equipped kitchen made catering for us all very easy. The only downside was the sofa bed in the mezzanine was not very comfortable but we had a spare blow up mattress in the car which we used.

I booked out this lovely home for a girls weekend getaway. We had reservations about the area but as soon as we opened the door to this magnificent property, those reservations disappeared. It is a simply stunning home that catered for our needs more than enough. The reason for losing 1/2 a point is simply due to the lack of mobile phone reception. This is not the owner's fault of course but it should be noted that reception is sporadic at best with only Telstra working consistently. I did find it somewhat liberating in the end, however. a beautiful property for a quiet weekend away.

This is a lovely house in a fabulous location at the top of Patonga looking out to both the sea and the creek. Roomy, open plan living area with large under-cover balcony, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Looks even better in real life than the photos! Lovely owners and great communication. We were a group of girlfriends on an annual catch-up and the house was perfect for us. Highly recommended.
