It accommodates up to 18 people and designed over three levels to comfortably accommodate large groups who desire a luxury holiday. It’s only a short walk into Terrigal’s boutique shops, trendy cafes and some of the finest restaurants and did I mention the resort style swimming pool?


The home provides many areas to come together, entertain or just relax. The top level has a huge entertaining deck with ocean views, a bar, a separate toilet and lounge area with a 42inc LCD TV perfect for day time entertaining.

Limelight features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus additional toilet, and multiple living areas over 3 massive open plan levels this property can effortlessly cater for large groups.

North facing and sitting in an elevated position this home enjoys beautiful sea breezes but has also been fully air- conditioned for your comfort. The interior is modern while also ensuring that you can relax in comfort.

Limelight is called Limelight after its 12 x 4 metre illuminated swimming pool, a sure way to relax and soak up the sun.

This beautiful home contains light filled open plan living/lounge and a stylish gourmet kitchen complete with Miele appliances.
There are numerous living areas, one suited to formal entertaining and the others for comfortable and relaxed living. The north facing balcony has a BBQ, 8 seater setting and sunshine all day long.
The top terrace features 180°Degree expansive views from Wamberal headland to Terrigal skillion.

The 3rd level is for entertaining with living, bar, separate toilet and sliding doors that open onto the balcony with striking ocean views.

The middle level consisting of the living/dining and kitchen, featuring a generous design with glass doors opening onto the balcony creating an uninterrupted space where the outside & indoor living areas become one. The 2nd level also features four bedrooms, ensuite to main and bathroom with separate toilet.

The sleek modern kitchen with caesar stone bench tops is well equipped with Miele appliances including gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave. We provide an Aldi Coffee machine to help you get started for the day.

Ground level boasts further living/kitchenette with LCD TV and DVD. There is also another bathroom and laundry. Further to the bedding there is a large 5th area that has two tri bunks and internal access to the garage. On this level we also have one fold out lounge and one futon. All linen and towels are supplied.

Area 5 is located on the lower level with 2 Tri bunks, sleeping 6 in total. Bottom level has one futon lounge and one double fold out sofa bed, Sleeping 4 in total


The main bathroom is located on the middle level with separate toilet and the master bedroom also located on level 2 features an ensuite.
Bathroom 3 is located on the lower level with shower, toilet combined and laundry.
One toilet is also located on the roof top level for entertaining.


Limelight is located on the scenic Central Coast only 90 minutes north of Sydney via the F3 Freeway. The property is located only a short walk to Wamberal beach which is popular amongst tourists and residents for its great surfing, fishing, and diving. Terrigal beach is a short stroll with plenty of shops and cafes. Limelight is also located on the same street as Wamberal Breakers Club. If you feel like dining out for breakfast or lunch located only metres from the property is the lotus Café and Wamberal Surf Club café, a great place to enjoy a meal and coffee.

We have a noise policy after 11pm on Friday/Saturday night no outside noise on the back and top balcony. This also includes swimming in the pool.

Sunday - Thursday no noise after 10pm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything we needed! I recently stayed at Limelight with a group of 15 friends for our university break and the house provided everything we needed and wanted. Upon arrival we were amazed, not only at how clean the house was, but how spacious and centrally located it was! The top level had breath-taking views of the beach, particularly from the balcony. We used the TVs to watch movies and play music, with more than enough space for everyone to lie around and hang out during the day. Each room was also comfortable and well-equipped with blankets, towels, wardrobe space, etc. Danielle greeted us warmly when we arrived, making sure that we settled in well and always made herself available if we had any queries. The house gave us no problems - we used the TVs, bathrooms, kitchen and laundry facilities on a daily basis and never had anything to complain about. The house exceeded our expectations because it was such a relaxed environment, and it was so close to everything you'd possibly need. We were surprised that the beach was literally only a 3-minute walk down the road and that the house was also a quick drive to restaurants, cafes, the gym, local supermarkets and the Erina Shopping Mall. Unfortunately we didn't get much use out of the pool because it was extremely cold, but this was expected since it was the middle of Winter. However we are definitely planning to come back to Limelight in the warmer seasons, after receiving such excellent customer service from Danielle and the cleaners, and having such a great time at the house (even during Winter). Would 100% recommend to those travelling in big groups who are looking for a relaxed getaway and a place conveniently located to everything you need!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful Location! I had a yoga retreat and 12 of us stayed at the house. The top level was great to use as a yoga room and the balconies were all amazing with phenomenal views. The location is amazing to be able to walk on the beach for the sunrise. The only unfortunate thing was that the coffee machine was broken so we had to hold down the top bit every time we made a coffee. Also, the knives were very blunt and with all the cooking we found that frustrating. Overall would definitely stay there again and Danielle was very helpful to deal with when booking and helping with additional questions I had.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best place in Terrigal (Wamberal) Spacious, clean and accommodating every need we expected from a holiday house. Awesome views and lots of natural light. A stroll away from the beach and a corner café for a cap or latte fix. All you need are supplies (i.e. beverages and things to BBQ) and then you’re set. Throw away your car keys and relax. Well heated during the time of our stay in mid July. Will definitely consider booking again, especially once the neighboring property has finished building. Great place for a large family holiday get together.

It was 2 minutes walk away from the nearest cafe and 5 minutes walk from a quite and beautiful beach. Additionally, any cafe's or restaurants well informed to us by the house manager. The house manager was extremely responsive, any minor issues the group had she accommodated extremely quickly. When we got their the house was extremely clean and everyone greeted us with warming smiles. This house is a great get-away fro large groups
