This is a fully furnished apartment overlooking Maitland's mall in High St. Guests have free use of ADSL2+ internet with WiFi and a landline. Breakfast, linen, bedding, towels and expenses are included. The apartment is cleaned between stays.
It has a large living room with bamboo floorboards, TV, CD player, settee, sofa bed and a formal dining area. There is a fully equipped, modern, eat-in kitchen with dishwasher. Both bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe. The main bedroom has a double bed, a dressing table and desk. The second bedroom has a queen bed and couch. The main bathroom has two vanities and a bath/shower. There is a second toilet with wash basin and an internal laundry with tub, washing machine, indoor clothes line and ironing facilities. It has a secure, private entrance and a designated carspace. It is suitable for guests relocating or for those visiting Maitland for project work or holidays.
Location and Facilities
This historic building is in Maitland's High St mall, between Best and Less and K-Mart. It is 100m to the Hunter River front with its cafes and restaurants, 200m to Woolworths, 600m to Maitland Regional Art Gallery and 700m to Maitland Station. It is 25km to local wineries and 60km to Pokolbin wineries. The architectural history of Maitland can be explored on foot using the heritage walks, which are developed by the Maitland Visitors Information Centre and which start from nearby landmarks. Walka Recreation and Wildlife Reserve, Maitland Gaol, the Barrington Tops, Port Stephens and Newcastle are a short drive away.
Pricing and Other Information
Prices displayed in the calendar above are for two people staying two nights. The 'special' prices and those that follow are standard rates for two people:
$320 for 3 weeknights (Monday-Thursday)
$340 for 3 nights including Saturday
$450 for 5 nights including Saturday
$380/week after the first week.
For longer term stays, please enquire. Unless otherwise arranged, a 50% deposit is required to secure a booking and 10 days prior to arrival the balance is due together with a $200 security deposit. On receipt, access arrangements will be sent. Full terms and conditions will be emailed with quotes on enquiry.
