    McGrath's Hump

This mounntain is Bellingen's trademark. Based on a koorie legend, it is the profile of a warrior's face. His name was Ngali and it was his job to protect the women that came to give birth to their babies in the Bellinger river. He fell asleep and was punished by being turned into stone and he is watching the place for ever and ever.
