Opal Shores tariff is based on a maximum of 6 persons. Can accommodate up to 8 with an additional per person charge in excess of 6
Opal Shores is self catering. There is an initial supply of amenities and consumables. Should a linen change be required guests can avail themselves of the fully equipped laundry or have it provided for by management at an additional fee. All ongoing consumables ie toilet paper are the responsibility of guests.
Minimum stays are generally 2 nights, with 3 nights in NSW School Holidays and 7 nights Peak Season/Christmas.
PAYMENT : Full payment is required prior to arrival. This can be via direct deposit, cheque or credit card. Sufficient time to be allowed for cheque clearance and credit card charges may apply. A one night deposit is required to confirm a booking. The deposit is non refundable should you cancel but may be held in credit towards a stay at another time - subject to availability and the rate in force at the time of rebooking. A fee of up to 50% may be payable for cancellation after full payment has been made.
BOND : There is a bond $300. If you are paying by EFT or cheque, the bond is required with the final payment. If you are paying by credit card, your card is used as surety ie not actually charged unless necessary. Any bond paid is refunable within 72 hours of departure providing the villa is left in a satisfactory state and there is no damage to the property or contents. In particular guests are required to restore the kitchen, cooking and BBQ facilities to the same standard they found them on arrival. Garbage is to be disposed of in the regulatory manner in the bins provided. Guests are asked not to consume food whilst seated on lounges or in bedrooms. Any additional laundry or cleaning/dry cleaning as a consequence of the above will be deducted from the bond.
CHECK IN : after 2.30 pm
CHECKOUT : by 10.00 am
Earlier checkin and later checkout may be offered at no additional charge subject to other bookings.
ENTRY : Entry to the villa is via electronic keypad. A PIN will be allocated when full payment has been received and advised by email and SMS.
TELEPHONE : There is no landline in the villa. A public telephone is available in the Opal Cove Resort lobby.
PETS : In accordance with strata management policy - no pets are permitted within the villa or strata grounds.
SMOKING : No Smoking is permitted inside the villa. If smoking outside, please use ashtray provided. Ashtray(s) are expected to be emptied and cleaned by guests prior to departure.
GARBAGE : Guests are required to remove garbage from the villa and place in appropriate bins allocated to Villa 28.
PARKING : The villa can accommodate off street parking for 2 cars. There is strictly NO PARKING kerbside in Shearwater Place or on any grassed areas. Any additional vehicles of guests or their visitors can be accommodated in the resort overflow carpark.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Our stay at this unit at Coffs Harbour Opal Shores was beyond our expectations.It had everything we needed and then some.I would highly recommend this property,it was ideally situated for The Big Banana and Coffs Harbour.We will be coming back,maybe in the Summer time.I cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed our stay at Opal Shores.It was a totally relaxing time.
