Located in the absolute heart of Angourie, this fantastic four-bedroom house has been artfully and comfortably furnished to make you feel right at home.
Adorned with antique furniture, mostly country French antiques, it has all the comfort you require: large screen TV, DVD player, excellent mattresses for the best sleep you can get away from home, plentiful quality cooking and eating utensils and appliances, including dishwasher, ice-dispensing fridge and fan-forced oven, deck chairs and outdoor sitting, as well as books and board games.
Most of all this perfect beach house offers breathtaking views over Yuraguir National Park and the famous wave of Back Beach. Enjoy the sea-breeze in the warm summer nights, the specular sun sets on Wooloweyah Lake, and the beautiful sunrise mist in Backbeach valley, while checking the waves from the house.
The lush and established fully enclosed tropical front garden with partially covered decking is ideal for protected entertaining, while the generous back deck directly looks over the ocean and national park with an uninterrupted view, and overhangs a large lawn perfect to host all your outside games with friends and family.
For our guests with a romantic nature, Villa Belza has a cosy, warm & inviting fireplace for those colder winter nights, with WOOD SUPPLIED.
A look-out style tower with clever built in double bed and cupboards, including a TV with DVD player, allows you to watch the surf from your bed, and the stars from the roof deck above.
The house is a three minutes nature walk from the family favourite Spooky beach, the fresh water 'blue' and 'green' pools (possible rock climbing on the surrounding cliffs), the world-class surf break 'Angourie point' (recently declared national surf reserve), and the amazingly pristine and deserted Backbeach that leads you right into the national park for a walk to the very isolated Shelley Beach. You are guaranteed to see wildlife on this track at the right time of the day!
You can also chose to walk down to the neighbouring Angourie coffe shop for tasty breakfast and lunch and fantastic service, or to the Barbaresco restaurant, which we personally recommend as the best in the Clarence Valley. Otherwise, you can take the 5 minutes drive to the little fishing town of Yamba, with more dining options, beautiful marina, ocean and river beaches, and shopping centre.

This was an amazing house, all we needed plus more. Especially an observation deck to check out the waves on back beach, just brilliant. Perfect Location and the outdoor hot shower was the best after a surf! Highly recommended to anyone wanting a nice relaxing holiday in a beautiful location.

This weekend escape for busy mums met our expectations and went beyond. The house is stylish - beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. The location superb - orchestras of birds, postcard sunsets, a choice of pristine beaches. Soft pillows, woodfire, national park out every window. Two days felt like two weeks! No question we'll be back.

We would definatly stay again.
Just a quick note to say that we truly enjoyed our break and that the house was perfect for us. The house had everything we needed during our stay, was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The children loved playing on the balconies and in the tower room when they were not too tired from the beach.
We enjoyed the view and the sound of the ocean.
we would defiantly stay here again.

Lovely situation and beautiful house to stay, felt like home with lots of tasteful decor, comfy beds and nice touches. A fantastic place for a family holiday with several beaches and pools to choose from daily and lots of nice bushwalking plus a short drive to Yamba.
