We had a great trip to Bangalow and Jennifer's place was perfect - very close to the shops and lovely cafes and also a short drive to Byron Bay where we visited some beautiful beaches. There were lots of lovely touches inside the home and the outdoor space was great for dining al fresco!
Public Response - What Emma loved about your listing:
Hi Jennifer, I just wanted to thank you very much for a fantastic trip to Bangalow - your place is beautiful and we loved the interior decor and outside space! We also went on a snorkelling trip in Byron Bay and managed to see whales right next to the boat and turtles which was amazing. Many thanks, Emma

Beautiful home in a fantastic location. Jennifer was a great host and helped make our stay v memorable. Kitchen lovely to work in and made for relaxed dining experiences every night if we weren't down the road for dinner. So much to enjoy in Bangalow and surrounds and this comfy home is in the heart of it!

Fantastic accommodation, precise information which made it easy for us to find and access the place (especially as we arrived quite late). We really enjoy cooking and we didn't need to bring a thing with the equipment provided for by the owner.

Accommodation was exactly as described if not better. Perfect surroundings and communal area at the back of the Bungalow. Extremely happy with stay."
Bangalow is close to Byron Bay where you can also check out Byron Bay Community Market, Cape Byron Walking Track At Byron Bay and the Cape Byron Headland and Lighthouse. There are water falls and refreshing ponds if you prefer fresh water our of the wind and sand. The Bowling club has bowls and tennis, and there a walking tracks down by the weir.
What we have to offer you
Bangalow Christmas Eve Carnival
Join in the festivities of this delightful community event held every christmas eve in the main street of Bangalow. This carnival has a real family feel to it, bringing everyone together to celebrate. With an abundance of flavorsome foods, quirky and fun street performances, many musicians, bands, face-painting and puppet shows, there really is something for everyone to enjoy.
Held every Saturday morning, just across the road, the Farmers Market provides fresh local & organic food beverages and fun. The popular monthly Community Market, loved by all who have attended (held the 4th Sunday of every month) is the favorite in the local area. The culture of the North Coast of NSW is a based on rural traditions, country towns and villages are nestled in the lush green hills and valleys and the village is an historical treasure.
Fantastic Community Markets held on the 4th Sunday of every month, provides a gathering of locals; a get-together of artists, artisans, bakers, victuallers, therapists, farmers and friends. You can hear the languages of people from all over the world, backpackers and celebrities alike make a day of the markets.
One of the town's minor treasures is the walking track that winds along the edge of Byron Creek. Within a few paces you're swallowed up in a forest of strangler vines and huge, mottled trees that shut out the sunshine. Water monitors scuttle away from the path and into the brown creek alongside. A five-minute stroll will take you to a shady park with neat garden beds and arbours covered with riotous greenery; the perfect spot for a picnic.
