Located just outside the hustle & bustle of Byron Bay township 'Magnolia' is a stunning contemporary house situated on 1 acre in a lush tropical setting.
'Magnolia' consists of 5 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms in the main house and a 1 bedroom fully self - contained flat. The entire dwelling is north facing with glass all along the north side looking out onto the private garden of this gorgeous light filled contemporary house. Magnolia is well suited to families wishing to holiday together.
The main house features an open plan living space with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen which opens out on to a covered deck area with BBQ facilities and outdoor lounge area. The bedroom wing comprises 4 bedrooms on the lower level which all open out on to the covered deck area with the main bedroom located upstairs overlooking the grounds and the pond. You can watch the sun rise over the tree tops from your bed!
The self-contained flat is joined to the main house by a common deck and paved area. The living/TV area and kitchen are open plan and open out on to a private covered deck area as does the bedroom. The flat kitchen is equipped with gas cooker, oven and microwave and basic cooking equipment.
All bedrooms throughout 'Magnolia' have ceiling fans and fly screens.
Byron Bay and its stunning beaches, eclectic shopping and fantastic eateries are just a short drive away.
This beautiful home boasts a contemporary art collection, tranquil gardens and privacy. Children will delight in collecting farm fresh eggs from our resident chickens, playing on the trampoline and running around in the huge backyard.

Terms & Conditions
NO pets due to to native wildlife and no fencing.
Not available/suitable for schoolies, end of year celebrations, functions, parties or large groups of people.
Deposit of 50% (non refundable) is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 14 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
If you cancel or reschedule your booking less than 4 weeks prior to the scheduled commencement of your stay, your deposit is not refundable. We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance to cover you in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation.
A Bond of $1200 is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.
Once full payment is made, no refunds will be given.
Payments required under these terms and conditions must be provided by cash or direct deposit. Payment must be made, in Australian dollars.
By making payment of the total fee, you have an exclusive licence to occupy the property for the days specified when you book (but not possession).
The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number agreed to in the booking details. In the event that any additional persons stay at the property, an additional fee may be charged according to our usual rates and/or we reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund.
'Magnolia' is located in a quiet residential area and as such we ask that guests respect our neighbours. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional problems require that we state the following conditions. Any complaints of excessive noise or disturbance will be taken very seriously and may result in termination of rental without refund and loss of bond.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guests responsibility during their stay.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guests personal property.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Guest items found by our cleaning staff are kept for 6 weeks before discarding. It is the guest's responsibility to follow up any items that may have been left behind at the property. We request that guests send a reply paid envelope in order for us to return the items.
A maintenance person will need to come onto the property to tend to the chickens daily for approximately 10 minutes and in the event of a long stay, the lawn will need to be mowed. A suitable arrangement will be discussed with the guests.
Extra linen and exit clean: $150 per stay
