This property sleeps four and is ideal for two couples or a small family.

Byrons vibrant and exciting restaurant and bar scene, the countless cafes and eateries plus the many shopping opportunities ranging from sophisticated to quirky are right at your doorstep when you choose your holiday accommodation in town. Some holiday houses are close to where the monthly Byron Community Market and the weekly Farmers Market are held, others are in the old part of town with its beautiful shade trees and wide streets and others are closer to the hospital and either on or near the road into Byron. All our holiday houses have easy access to the many famous and beautiful beaches offering family fun and great surf to quiet contemplation and stunning views across the bay to the Byron Lighthouse.

All linen and towels are provided however you will need to bring your own beach towels.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not value for money Unit was extremely noisy, the unit's car space was never available it was always occupied by unknown persons, leaking shower into living room, tears and stains on leather sofa, stains on carpet in both bedrooms and no hairdryer. Very disappointed in the stay and the service by management - not value for money at all.

The parking was a bit hot and miss the pole to prevent others using it was easily moved and our spot was taken on several occasions. It needs a spruce up its dirty around the doors light switches etc. the shower leaks with water tricking into the hall area. None of this is a major problem but for the price I expect better

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent location! This location was amazing and the apartment was very modern and clean. Was pleasantly surprised to see that the bathroom had been renovated (it is much nicer than the photo provided!). The shower was great and there was enough space for us all. I agree with the previous review though, that there was limited hot water for four people staying there! It can also get a little noisy on the weekend with the backpacker's hostel across the road, but it isn't too bad. Overall, was a very nice place and very convenient - be aware that people don't pay attention to the reserved parking sign in the parking lot, our space was taken many times!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Loved it! Great accommodation, great location and great provision of everything we needed. Only complaint would be the lack of hot water. We had 4 people staying and only 2 were able to have hot showers (that includes turning off the water while washing hair etc). Other than that, fantastic!
