Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing This property was extremely disappointing. Rooms have windows sealed shut with paint so we're unable to be opened to ventilate and air musty smelly rooms. Windows, vents and ceilings and were dirty, cutlery drawer not clean, plastic disposable picnic glasses from woollies served as wine glasses and we were unable to use the converted garage as bedrooms as the smell was so bad. Linen on 2 trundle beds was dirty and stained. The list goes on. Complaints to the agency did result in a cleaner the next day but as this property is dual managed we couldn't resolve our complaint to our satisfaction.
