December-January Peak Season bookings are Saturday to Saturday only and Easter is Wednesday to Wednesday. We accommodate upto SIX GUESTS MAXIMUM (including infants and children). Functions, gatherings, parties, overnight guests and pets are strictly prohibited, as are third party, multi-unit and party group bookings and bookings of adult groups under 25 years of age (schoolies week excepted). Stayz/HLO Byron Code of Conduct and Shire Regulations and Terms and Conditions apply. Fees imposed by HLO Byron Security Services as a result of noise complaints will be charged against guests bonds. Location photos are not actual views from property. Distances are approximate. A two storey residence with internal stairs, property may not be suited to some guests. As we are not a commercial resort, we are unable to access a commercial wifi service, however a complimentary commercial wifi service is available at the cafe next door. For your added security, AQUABLUE is an established Stayz business since 2005, is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.
