Brilliantly located on a quiet no-through road just footsteps to the beach, cafes, Belongil Park foreshore area, local shop, yoga school and beautiful river estuary, and a fabulous beach stroll to Byron's main street, this stylish, very private two-storey villa is located in one of Byron Bay's most sought after beachside areas and features striking décor, quality appointments, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious open-plan living, full-size kitchen, elevated sun terrace, courtyard garden, saltwater pool and bbq cabana in a lush, private tropical garden setting.
Quite unlike much of Byron's accommodation, AQUABLUE is situated within a small and very private resort style setting at Byron Bay's exclusive Belongil Beach, (home to some of Australia's notable corporate and show biz identities). Idyllically located as central Byron's most private beachside address, this area has a unique, relaxed holiday ambience often referred to as offering "the magic of what holidaying in Byron used to be about" whilst retaining the easy access of a central position. This area also features picturesque, easy flat walks in all directions!
With the beach foreshore across the road (about fifty metres away and ideal for a nap on the lawn or kicking a ball), the iconic Belongil cafes (offering Byron's best breakfasts, lunches and dinners, woodfired pizzas, sunset cocktails and popular low-key entertainment) are also footsteps away! A local shop, take-away, yoga and surf schools, tourist activities booking centre and beautiful Belongil estuary are also close by and it's just a beach stroll to the boutiques, bars and cafe culture of Byron's main street! Those that know Byron Bay well are passionate about this area and many return here time after time.

Easy access to two under ground car spaces is also provided adjacent to the villa entrance. And cross the road to enjoy direct beach access to an endless stretch of uncrowded beaches...relax, you won't struggle to find your own patch of sand here.
