Functions, gatherings, parties, overnight guests, pets, third party and multi-unit bookings and adult groups under 25 years strictly prohibited. Stayz Code of Conduct Regulations and Terms & Conditions apply. Fees imposed for noise complaints are charged against bonds. Location photos are not actual views from property. A two storey residence with internal stairs, property may not suit some guests. Whilst the pool and spa are not heated, most guests find water temperatures suitable year round with the exception of some winter periods. As we are not a commercial resort we are unable to access a commercial wifi service, however a complimentary customer service is available at the cafe next door. Byron Bay Holiday Hire offer a wide range of infant products for hire and delivery. AQUABLUE is a long established Stayz business (since 2005), is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.
