Situated in a quiet laneway, the apartment is a 4 minute walk from Main Beach and is close to coffee shops, supermarket, fashion, homeware and book shops, movies, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

This spacious airy apartment is air-conditioned throughout and has a balcony at the front and back with an outdoor sitting area and BBQ. The apartment has been newly furnished with a modular leather lounge suite, dining table, 62 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, Stereo, IPod dock, internet (free wifi) and Sony playstation2 and games. The master bedroom has a Queen Bed and the second bedroom has a Double. Two fold away beds are available for extra guests. The kitchen is well appointed with a dishwasher and microwave oven and the laundry is fully equipped with washer and dryer. This carpeted and tiled apartment is part of a small complex of 7 units designed by award- winning architect Christine Vadasz.
Entry is on the ground floor with internal steps leading to first level living allowing access to the sea breeze. There is one undercover car space adjacent to the front door.

Everything Byron has to offer is close at hand from this apartment. Its location in a quiet lane offers a peaceful place to relax and unwind without having to walk long distances or use transport to access everything you need to make Bryon Bay a great place to holiday. Walk to the beach, lookouts or the lighthouse or to restaurants, bars and shopping. Everything is close at hand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing in every way The location is fantastic - just a short stroll from the main street and beach but far enough away from hustle and bustle to be relaxing. The apartment itself is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed right down to take away menus from local shops ! There are plenty of shops and resturants within 50 m if you dont want to venture over to the hub. Juanita was so accomodation and helpful and we will definitely be staying again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Could not ask for more When first enquiring about the property the owner was quick to respond and confirmed with me when she had received the funds (peace of mind). Upon arriving at the unit we realised just how central to everything we were. Everything was within walking distance but because it is not on the main street but instead a lane the apartment was very quiet throughout our stay. The apartment itself was great. It was very clean and had everything we needed like towels and extra pillows, blankets etc. For me the great part about this apartment is that the kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook and clean up afterwards. Too often have I rented a place with one dull knife, three plates, a dirty glass and a corkscrew in the kitchen. This kitchen had everything you needed and more. We took advantage of this by cooking our own breakfasts. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy for our visit but we still used the covered patio to hang out outside. If the weather had been nicer we would have fired up the BBQ for sure. We were two couples but the place definitely could have accommodated more people on the fold down futon that was available. The bathroom looks to have been recently redone as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely book again if available.
