This gorgeous fully renovated timber cottage has been tastefully furnished in a contemporary style. The open plan living area spills out through three french doors onto a large covered north facing verandah that looks over private tropical gardens with a large picnic table to enjoy alfresco meals, a quiet moment or just to listen to the birds and life going by. The house sleeps 4 ideally, there are two bedrooms plus a single size day-bed off the living area for an additional guest. Featuring polished timber floors throughout, ceiling fans, BBQ plus outdoor shower. Relax in the comfort of the lounge complete with widescreen LCD TV, DVD player and IPod docking station. The contemporary styled bathroom offers a shower and a large bath for a relaxing soak.
Lantana is air conditioned for your comfort and linen is provided however you do need to bring your own beach towels.
There is also secure off street parking and a fully fenced yard with security gates.
"Lantana" is located right in town at the northern end of Tennyson Street. We suggest you leave your car behind and stroll just a few minutes to everything Byron has to offer including world class restaurants, the famous "Beach Hotel" situated right opposite beautiful "Main Beach", "Byron Markets", local shops and "woolies" supermarket located just one block from your front gate.

Great house. Great location!
Stayed 4 nights and thoroughly loved the place and its proximity to Byron central. Will sleep four people easily and allowed for day trips to a range of local destinations with ease. House was very clean, had all mod cons needed and would stay again at the drop of a hat....

We didn't want to leave
As soon as we walked into Lantana we felt at home. This property has such a warm, welcoming feel and was totally secure for our much loved Labrador to enjoy her holiday too. Everything has been thought of and the location is ideal, walking distance to beaches, shopping, cafés and restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped and with the Green Garage just down the road meal preparation was a breeze. My other half was very impressed with not only a full gas bottle for the BBQ but also a spare! All in all an idyllic location for our holiday and we will be returning on our next visit to Byron.

This is our 5th consecutive year holidaying at the beautiful Byron Bay.
This time we were looking for something with close walking distance to town so we could take our time exploring all that Byron had to offer... We were also needing a location for our new addition to the family, our little Staffie! who just love's the pet friendly beach in close proximity.
What a lovely Byron Bay experience staying at this well presented residents. If you are wanting a spot with great security for your four legged friend, or are just after a true Byron Bay experience close to same of the best Bars, cafes and restaurants......
Have I mentioned the beaches.....WOW!!
Lantana will tick all your boxes, we loved it.
We love Byron Bay.

Ideal house for a perfect little getaway in Byron Bay. Kitchen was well stocked, the bedding very comfortable and the living room could open right up onto a lovely deck creating a very open feel. Great place

Our family had a lovely time in this well appointed house and pretty garden. The house is located within 5 minute walk to Woolworths and short stroll to plenty of specialty shops in Byron. We brought our german shepherd with us and the garden was well fenced and the plants robust to withstand his trotting around! The house has a great casual tropical feel and the pics on the website truly reflect its appearance. The owners were very attentive - we had an accident with one of the doors and they came immediately and organised a locksmith. Would recommend to a family particularly if you have a dog:)
