THE LOCATION

This home is set on a large leafy block beneath the shade of towering Norfolk pine trees on the streetfront. 48 Shirley St is only a 400 metre walk to the heart of town and the vibrant entertainment culture. The beach is easily accessed directly across the road and along a leafy coastal rainforest track that delivers you onto a beautiful stretch of Bay beach. THE VIBE

Byron Bay . You have got to love it ! A sensational landscape all inspired by Mt Warning and the magnificent Cape of Australia's most Easterley point. The beach and the ocean is perfect - just ask the dolphins and the whales. If you come to Byron and do not see a dolphin you have not looked. The music and the art will surround you. Streetside musicians through to the worlds best frequent Byron Bay and you just do not know who you might be lucky enough to encounter plying their trade. Everyone loves it here and it is fun fun fun all day everyday all year round.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely house Loved the house. Would recommend that the owners could purchase some comfy chairs for the back yard area. If you are a light sleeper, perhaps consider staying else where as the traffic noise is constant and we were there late May, Summer would be 10 times worse!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic house, with 6 adults and 2 children there was plenty of space for everyone and the perfect location for a week long family catch up. Loved that our dog could come on holiday with us, she had a brilliant time at the dog beach twice a day! The easy walk to town and the dog beach meant we could leave the car and walk everywhere. The hot shower outside was perfect after coming back from the beach, especially with a very sandy 3 year old! Definitely a fantastic place to stay!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulously relaxing setting, which was an easy stroll to town and beach but w3hich also felt very secluded as the communal and entertaining areas are at the back of the house. We cooked most meals in and the kitchen was well stocked and very clean.Have recommended to friends planning a trip to Byron.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved the Heritage House, with 7 adults and 3 children, we never felt cramped or in each others way. Plenty of space and different areas to retreat to. The house was beautiful and made for a very relaxed holiday (love the hot outside shower so no need to bring sandy bodies into the house!). Bonus was the location and not having to get in the car for the best part of the holiday. Will definitley be back again.
