As you enter through the gates of Belle Helena you can't help but get the feeling that you are about to have an amazing holiday! Views of the ocean and famous Byron Bay Lighthouse greet you as you head down the long drive way and passed a stunning old fig tree, the perfect spot to catch a sunrise. Belle Helena is set on over 200 acres and is unsurpassable for its grandeur and facilities. This amazing resort - style home has a 25 metre lap pool with lighthouse views; tennis court; cinema; wood-fired pizza oven; large gymnasium & yoga room; driving range and so much more!
The main house has been built predominantly with dark woods and is tastefully furnished with fabulous artwork throughout. There are 3 spacious Queen bedrooms which share 2 bathrooms as well as a sitting lounge adjoining one of the bedrooms with a lovely day bed and massage table. There are 2 different living areas in the main house including a lounge room with an enormous open fireplace. There is a 6 seater cinema as well as a separate dining room which overlooks the gardens and pool area. The kitchen is well appointed and fully equipped.
The second wing of the home is joined to the main house by an undercover wooden walkway. This space has a large comfortable living area with a double sided fire place; pool table; a separate dining area; a kitchen; 1 Queen ensuited bedroom and a 'Japanese-style' bunk room with 6 Double beds, perfect for the kids!
The stunning gardens are well manicured with gorgeous relaxation and dining areas to enjoy. Lily filled dams and green rolling acreage continue as far as they eye can see. Every last detail has been considered on this wonderful estate making it very difficult to leave behind.

HOUSE RULES & RATES
Please note that this property has a strict no parties policy. Even though the house is visually very private, noise travels to the neighbours easily.
As such, no extra guests are allowed to the house. Noise levels are to be respectful at all times. No outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm. One noise complaints means a $250 bond deduction and a second noise complaint can mean loss of full bond and being asked to vacate immediately.
Sorry to be so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
Please ensure dishes are washed and put back into the correct cupboards. The BBQ must be thoroughly cleaned before departure to avoid excess cleaning charges. Charges will apply if the property requires extra cleaning due to the dirty condition in which the property has been left. This will be calculated on the number of hours required over and above the normal cleaning time. If extra washing or dry cleaning of furniture is required these will also be charged to the tenant. Replacement of linen/towels maybe required if they are beyond saving and stains cannot be removed.
Any booking to be discovered to be a Schoolies, Hen’s or Bucks booking will result in instant eviction with loss of any remaining rental as well as the security bond deposit.

$3,500 per night or $24,500 per week (7 night minimum stay)
Christmas & Summer School Holidays
$3,200 per night or $19,500 per week (5-7 night minimum stay)
Spring, Autumn & Winter School Holidays
$3,000 per night or $18,000 per week (5 night minimum stay)
Splendour in the Grass & Long Weekends
$3,000 per night (4 night minimum)
Winter months - June, July & August
$2,200 per night or $13,000 per week (3 night minimum stay)
All other times of the year
$2,800 per night or $16,500 per week (3 night minimum stay)
Plus a $450 linen fee per booking.
The above rates are based on groups of up to 16 guests. Each additional child is charged at $50 per night and each additional adult is charged at $100 per night. The property can accommodate up to 22 guests. Rates offer the use of both houses as well as the master suite, guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire property and its facilities.
