The ground floor has 4 spacious suites, each with a king bed and an en suite which includes a deep bath and heated outdoor shower with a private garden. These finely appointed rooms all have their own bar fridge and flat screen TV. Each room has a local theme and colour scheme to match the beauty of Byron Bay and the surrounding area.
The first floor has another king suite with en suite. There is also a king bedroom and a twin room with 2 king single beds. These two bedrooms share a separate, large bathroom. There is also a lounge area on the first floor which allows two families or groups to share this space comfortably while still maintaining privacy and allowing down time.
The ground floor is the perfect place to unwind and the open plan living and dining areas open out to a deck with a lap pool, gazebo, daybed and outdoor setting. The large, open kitchen has all the amenities you would find in a first class kitchen and the incredible space allows for many nights entertaining and enjoying your holiday.

The home is designed for two families to share comfortably and privately, as each level has its own kitchen, lounge and dining area. You can choose to cook and relax together or enjoy spending time with your own family as well as sharing with others. The modern flow of this property caters for comfort and style and is perfect for families and groups of friends.
For those gourmet chefs, the well appointed kitchen has it all and there is also an outdoor BBQ for those relaxing afternoon lunches. Alternatively, Byron's award-winning restaurants are only a short stroll away. The property backs onto a cycle / walkway which takes you two minutes into town, where you will pass the weekly farmers market every Thursday morning. Here you can purchase locally grown produce and taste all the amazing food and drinks there is to offer.

With so many activities in Byron, there is something for everyone. From the award winning surf beach breaks to stunning hikes to waterfalls, be sure that everyone in your group will fall in love with the area. Guided kayaking tours happen twice a day from main beach (weather dependant) that takes you around to Wategoes beach and past the pass and Clarkes beach. There is also great scuba diving around the reef and Julian rocks where you are more than likely to spot dolphins, turtles and many different varieties of fish and sea creatures. There are also many mountains and hills surrounding Byron Bay so you can spend the day hiking and exploring the native bushland. Byron Bay is made for exploring!
