Salt is only 15 minutes drive from the Gold Coast's Coolangatta Airport, located close to world class surfing beaches, and tourists hotspot like Byron Bay and Surfers Paradise on your doorstep.
Feel Welcome as you enter the front gate of the property, grab a guitar, beer and relax in the deck chairs around the outdoor fire pit.
The living room is framed by huge glass panels which overlook a 12 metre pool with a swim up deck , large wading step (great for small children) and Ladder down the deep end of the pool for easy access. Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, lounge and sun-lounges provides the perfect area to enjoy with the whole family. Garden lighting, water feature and outdoor speakers adds to the ambiance of alfresco dining. North facing back yard and main living area to capture the cool breezes in Summer and the warm sunlight in Winter. Also in this area is a cosy Ethanol Fireplace to enjoy the company of friends and family.
Designed with plenty of cross flow ventilation, there is no need for air conditioning, just a few simple fans.
The Home Theatre room is a must to relax and enjoy a movie...with the large flat screen Tv, Austar, Playstation, Wii and board games, there is plenty of room for everyone.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining.

This home sits 120m back from a surf patrolled, pristine beach and the cafe/restaurants and park areas are a mere stroll away. The bike path leading from Cabarita to Kingscliff is right on your doorstep.

Linen, Bath towels, and beach towels are included along with costs associated with your departure clean. We ask that you leave the home in a tidy condition when you depart. The $1,000 security bond will be refunded within two days based on departure inspection.
MAIN LIVING DOWNSTAIRS
On this level there are 2 Generous Bedrooms with Queen size beds, one with a private deck and Day bed, the other with a large flat screen TV, both have ceiling fans and plenty of wardrobe space.
The main bathroom has a free standing bath for total relaxation.
Well equipt laundry, with large washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Lounge area is smart wired with surround sound inside and outside speakers, it has a large Smart Tv with a 3D dvd player, apple tv, apple airplay. This room is framed by a large pane of fixed green glass, it also has a Ethanol Fire Place for winter warmth and a fan with plenty of ventilation in summer.
Also in this area is the large dining and streamline kitchen with separate butlers pantry ( with bench, large fridge with Ice maker, storage for food and appliances)
Plenty of cupboard space and shelving, European appliances.
This main living also opens fully up to the outside living and pool area through large industrial sliding doors with an 8mtr opening.
3 x BEDROOMS AND LARGE MEDIA, GAMES ROOM
The Master Bedroom has a Walk in robe and large En-suite,
Queen size bed.
The other 2 bedrooms are adjoining with a 2 way bathroom.
1 bedroom has a double bed with a built in desk , the other has a king single bed with a desk.
At the end of the hallway is a large fully functional media room with plenty of seating and a large sliding door to block out the noise, full block out curtains, A fan and plenty of windows for summer and a gas heating system for winter.

Cudgen Creek is 2 minutes drive and the boat shed provides a jetty perfect for fishing along with BBQ facilities.

RATES ARE INCLUSIVE OF A $200 END OF STAY CLEAN fee AND ALSO INCLUDE PROVISION OF ALL LINEN, TOWELS AND BASIC TOILETRIES
SECURITY BOND: $1,000 (bond held will be refunded within two days of departure based on departure inspection). We ask that you leave the home in a tidy condition when you depart.
A Security bond of $1,000 is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ...etc.
CONDITIONS OF USE
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect the property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
No pets are permitted on the premises.
Parties, Schoolies, weddings and functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED... The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Noise restrictions apply: Excessive noise after 10pm at night could result in instant eviction from property, and loss of security bond.
To avoid any additional cleaning costs after departure, we ask that you leave the home in a tidy condition when you depart.
1. All rubbish to be collected and left in appropriate bins out the front of property.
2. All linen to be placed in supplied laundry bags (located in the laundry)
3. All dishes in dishwasher.

Arrival - check in is from 2pm EDST
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am EDST to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Loss - the owners/manager takes no responsibility for the tenants personal property.
A 20% non-refundable deposit which can be paid by direct debit will confirm your booking. Payment of deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the terms and conditions.
BALANCE OF RENTAL AMOUNT AND BOND must be received in full 2 weeks prior to occupancy or the owner has the right to cancel the booking.
Cancellation policy 100% refund if 6 months or more notice is given,
50% refund of deposit if 3-6 months notice is given,
no refund if under 3 months notice is given
