Our holiday house is on a quiet side street away from busy roads, where you can hear the sound of the waves lapping on the beach.
It is a PEACEFUL HAVEN perfect for a relaxing family holiday or romantic escape.


CHILDREN can enjoy SWIMMING at the HARBOUR BEACH, walking or BIKE RIDING along the waterfront path, playing games in the reserve or visiting nearby PLAYGROUNDS. All of this is at your back door!

The duplex is MODERN, ARCHITECT DESIGNED and opens out onto LUSH, SHADY PARKLAND and the PROTECTED HARBOUR BEACH on its northern side.

Sleeping accommodation consists of 3 upstairs bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a KING BED, ensuite and deck overlooking the reserve and beach.
Bedroom 2 has a QUEEN BED and the 3rd bedroom has 2 BUNK BEDS, sleeping 4 people.
You are welcome to bring your own linen and towels or alternatively linen packages are available.

A COMPLIMENTARY TRAVEL COT and HIGH CHAIR are available for use during your stay.

Downstairs, the OPEN PLAN kitchen and NORTH FACING living areas open out to a PAVED TERRACE, the reserve and the beach.


Please Note:
A maximum of 6 adults are permitted (Stay will be terminated if in excess of this).
The house is in a peaceful, low rise, residential area and out of consideration for our neighbours, parties are not allowed.
In addition, the house is not available for end of School/Uni year celebrations or hens/bucks nights.


PEPPERS RESORT AND ANCHORAGE is only a 3 min stroll away and welcomes visitors. Facilities include:

* CAPTAINS BAR/CAFE (with billiard table)
*Take a stroll along the MARINA BOARDWALK AND SEAWALLS - keep an eye out for dolphins!

NELSON BAY TOWN CENTRE is an enjoyable 40 minute stroll along the waterfront.
CORLETTE HEAD is also fun to explore. NATURE TRAILS will take you around past the rock platform and through MANGROVES to SALAMANDER BAY - another lovely beach.

Should you wish to venture further afield, Corlette is CENTRALLY LOCATED to all Port Stephens attractions - being midway between Nelson Bay town centre and Salamander Bay shopping complex (3 mins drive to each), and approximately 10 minutes drive to surf beaches.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Location and Clean and Comfortabl in Corlette We stayed over the Easter Break at Beachfront Oasis sharing with family friends. There's a beautiful beach right in front and a reserve which runs along the beach which was great for morning and evening strolls/runs. Close to Anchorage Marina and Corlette Point walking tracks. Short drive to Salamander Bay Shopping centre and Nelson Bay made access to everything you need easy. Lots of places to visit nearby which made this the ideal location for a restful holiday. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just as described My husband and I stayed with our 2.5yr old. It was just as described on the website and the pictures were spot on. A very clean, lovely townhouse, and enjoyable to be able to walk down to the quiet beach and along the reserve. To get into town of Nelson Bay it's a short 5min drive. Rooms upstairs and toilet facilities downstairs too, it's a great set up for families. Also handy to have a garage. The only 2 things we thought of were the availability of wifi would have been a nice bonus and the kids/bunk bed room had glass slats over the doorway letting in light and extra noise through. No problem as we covered the slats with a sheet. We would consider staying here again when we're in the area. Thanks for a lovely stay

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A little slice of heaven My partner & I took my parents for a long weekend away to Port Stephens and we found this place through Stayz. And I just have to say what an amazing place this was. First of all, it was so beautifully maintained and clean, and it really felt like "home" as soon as we walked through the door. Secondly, the view was just breath-taking, and we literally were a stone's throw away from the beach. It was relaxing just to sit in the backyard that we didn't really feel the need to do anything else! And last but not least, the location was central to everything, we spent most days in town but also went for a nice drive to Hawk's Nest and to the sand dunes. We loved it so much that we extended our stay and didn't want to leave. Thanks Richard & Linda for the beautiful accommodation, we will definitely be back soon!
