This two storey duplex is across from the water and is just 10 minutes drive from Nelson Bay, but away from the crowds. There are three bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds), main bathroom and ensuite (no bath), living area with a large flatscreen TV and DVD player, kitchen with microwave, cooktop and oven, internal laundry with washer and dryer and a offstreet parking for one car (garage is not for guest use). The yard is fully fenced and has a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Personal linen is not provided, but can be hired (pillow cases, sheets and towels), refer to booking registration on website. This property has a security deposit which must be finalised on arrival (via pre authorisation of credit card or cash) as well as the completion of our guest registration form located on our website and confirmation email.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great view for the price Good size rooms, great view and very clean. Easy to find the real estate agent to collect the keys. Unfortunately, we were expecting to be able to put our car in a garage of some sort but there was only a carport available which had shadecloth over it. The garage was full of kayaks, again we couldn't use them due to the weather. If it was a sunny warm day we definitely would have used the equipment available. It would have been good if there was a heater downstairs as well as upstairs instead of just the one upstairs. Loved the size of the backyard for the kids to run around.
