The Location - This duplex is directly across the road from the water, with easy access to the sand. It is one kilometre from the Wanda Beach shops with a cafe, newsagent, grocery store, chemist and bottleshop and 2.5 kilometres to the Soldiers Point Bowling Club. Spoilt for choice, it is also just 5 minutes to Salamander Shopping Centre and 15 minutes drive into Nelson Bay.

The Duplex - This two storey duplex has a balcony looking across to the water, with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting, to relax and enjoy the view. Upstairs living area has flatscreen TV and DVD player, a dining area and a kitchen with microwave, cooktop and oven. There are three bedrooms (one queen bed, one double bed and two single beds), a main bathroom and ensuite (no bath) and an internal laundry with washer and dryer (in garage). Add to this a fully fenced yard, carport parking for one car plus offstreet parking (garagecontains a boat which is not for guest use). There are kayaks at the side of the housewhich are available for guest uses, vests are in the garage.

Personal linen is not provided but can be hired (pillow cases, sheets, towels), refer to booking registration on our website. This property has a security deposit which must be finalised on arrival (via credit card pre authorisation or cash), as well as the completion of our guest registration form located on our website and confirmation email.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great view for the price Good size rooms, great view and very clean. Easy to find the real estate agent to collect the keys. Unfortunately, we were expecting to be able to put our car in a garage of some sort but there was only a carport available which had shadecloth over it. The garage was full of kayaks, again we couldn't use them due to the weather. If it was a sunny warm day we definitely would have used the equipment available. It would have been good if there was a heater downstairs as well as upstairs instead of just the one upstairs. Loved the size of the backyard for the kids to run around.
