small, noisy neighbours
the photos are more deceptive than usual, it is actually a small house, with really small rooms and cardboard walls. The house does have a warm feel to it. Unfortunately the neighbours are very noisy, with loud music on one side and barking dogs on the other. The house is not clean - cockroaches are frequent guests. The back deck is nice, shady and dry; however, there are no comfortable chairs, only a table and two benches. In the garage we found the ping pong table, that has seen better days, and so providing extra challenges as well as the washing machine, that also is from yester year and does not do the best job. The house is only accessible via a steep stairs, or walking slightly uphill through the back yard, and then take a few (big) steps onto the deck area. I would not recommend this property to elderly or families with small children. Distance to the beach is a 10 minute walk, or 2 minutes by car - the walk is uphill. The main beach does not allow dogs, the beach 5 minutes away does - from 5 pm.

Worst ever property
Mouldy, dirty and overall not a pleasant place. After cleaning the whole house from top to bottom it became bearable to stay in, though wasn't happy to clean on my holiday! Lots of cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards as well. Not worth the money we payed to stay...

A great place to stay for a beach holiday. A short walk to the beach, and a lot of interesting things to see around. The house is beautifully furnished and comfortable, with a big yard and a nice deck outside. It has all the equipment you need, and even entertainment: a good seletion of dvds and games. We enjoyed our outdoor BBQ dinners.

The house was lovely and all that we required. We were very fortunate for the owners to allow us to stay at the last minute. We have German visitors that we wanted to show our beautiful country to and this hit the spot! Thank you Holst family
