Very basic but good
Really good location, especially those with dogs. Dog beach only seconds away. We have an inside dog and were allowed to have him inside while we were home. Plenty of shelter and grass area for dogs outside and well fenced in. House was old and basic but comfortable enough for us, including our 3 kids. Towels and linen are not supplied, however, owner has a contact for lady who can supply. We used this service and it was handy and cheap but don't expect luxurious, plush towels. Bring your own toilet paper. Only one roll was supplied for 5 people staying for a week. We were hoping to use the BBQ during our stay but couldn't because the burners were all rusted out. We advised the owner so hopefully they have replaced them. Check with them if you plan to use the BBQ. The lounge in the photo has been changed to an old leather lounge, not very comfortable in some areas, you can feel the springs. Cushions are supplied so we were able to sit on those which helped. Cutlery, pots, pans etc. were adequate, however, bring all condiments, salt, pepper if you plan to cook in the house. Not pantry items. Woolworths came in handy. Main living room quite dark, but we were out for most of the day so didn't really matter. Very good place to stay if you have a dog, average without.

Retro & Relaxed
A great location, seconds from Beare's Beach and easy walking distance to other swimming spots and the centre of town. The Beach Frame was clean and tidy and had everything you need for a relaxed holiday at the beach. Slightly retro (original) in flavour, with comfortable beds, well maintained furniture and a good-size back yard. Lots of books and some DVDs and games were all provided and kept us busy during a drizzly day.

Well situated but basic
The house is a bit old and tired and has only very basic facilities. Downstairs living and kitchen is quite dingy. However, it is near a very nice beach and only a 10 minute walk to the shops and it makes for simple living. Bermagui is a great holiday location.

Great family beach house
We loved the The Beach Frame , espeically iots location second from Beares Beach.
While the house isn't new or especially luxurious, there is everything you need. Bunk beds, a few games, a neat kitchen and outdoor eating area and a lovely grassy yard.

We would really recommend this property for a relaxed stay. It is pet friendly and well secured and although older style, has everything you need for a week's visit. We loved the beach at the end of the road and going to sleep to the sound of the surf. It was reasonably priced for school holidays and we would happily return.
