This 3 bedroom house is located in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac, very close to all amenities in Bermagui and only a few minutes walk from Beare's beach.
Combined kitchen and dining, separate lounge, a sunroom (enclosed front verandah) and fully fenced sunny rear yard. Bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Two driveways at the front of the property. Good off street boat parking for smaller boats - photos indicate the second driveway for a small boat, trailer or another vehicle. Large boats are not suitable. Wood & gas heating available.
DOG FRIENDLY with enclosed back yard. Dogs are most welcome! They are allowed in the back yard and inside in the laundry area. Only the back yard is fenced. Dogs should be leashed for the front yard. We prefer that dogs are not left unsupervised for long periods & any damage caused by pets is liable to the guest. Guests must clean up after their dogs to avoid additional cleaning charges from the cleaning service. Bermagui has some great dog friendly on & off leash beaches, and a large park in the town centre for dogs to stretch their legs! Note: This home is unable to cater for cats.
This is a great holiday home situated only minutes from the beach. The enclosed rear yard & quiet street are great for the kids to play. Bermagui also has a skate park, a patrolled swimming beach beach in summer & nearby estuary systems for lake and river fishing. The house has a chest freezer to store the days catch from your own fishing expeditions, or if you head out on one of Bermagui's charter boats available at the Harbour.
Please note that larger boats are not suitable for parking in the driveway or on the street due to their size. There is limited street parking in the cul-de-sac/court especially in peak times. The property has two driveways at the front which allow for 1-2 cars & one smaller (estuary/tinny) sized boat.

Bermagui offers swimming, fishing, boating opportunities at local lakes, river & beaches. We have an outstanding golf course, and some great walks along the coastal areas. Take a charter fishing or whale watching trip in season by enquiring directly with the operators at the Harbour. There are plenty of places to visit, tourist shopping in town and at Central Tilba & Cobargo, go sightseeing in the National & State parks, bring a board to the skate park for the kids, swim in the Blue Pool our cliff-side ocean pool, investigate a Montreal goldfields tour, go on a lake fishing charter or just laze at the beach!
