A tranquil, private leafy retreat just 10 minutes up the hill from Berry. Get away from it all and rejuvenate in the fresh air! Cosy in the winter and cooler than lower areas in the summer. Wake up to the chorus of rainforest birds in the morning. Fabulous walks through extensive pasture, over bubbling creeks to hidden glades and lush rainforest. Brilliant walks of discovery at any time of the day to get the heart going, then back to the wood fired stove to relax with a warming coffee, or enjoy a freshly squeezed orange juice straight from the tree on one of the large decks surrounding the house.

THINGS TO DO IN AND AROUND BERRY
Berry is well known for its delightful shops and cafes, and is now becoming VERY well known for great restaurants:
* The Hungry Duck, Queen Street, Berry: run by chef David Campbell (Wokpool, Tetsuyas (London) and Billy Kwong):
Reviews: "We had the five course banquet for two. Most memorable dishes were the sashimi, duck, and lime tart. Fresh, sharp, and authentic flavours, incorporating the best of regional Asian ingredients. Male waiter was knowledgeable about all the dishes. Very good value at around $70 per person."
* The Sourdough Cafe, Prince Alfred St, Berry: evenings are run by chef John Evans (Head Chef at the 3 Weeds Restaurant in Rozelle, and the Merivale-owned restaurant CBD):
Review: "It's hard to imagine Berry without this landmark local charmer... a must-stop for Sydneysiders and a favourite around these parts."
