As we only have one family holiday each year, we were really looking forward to our stay. Whilst the photographs are accurate, the actual sense is not that of "Heaven". The large doors are rotted which make them difficult to open & close. The back rooms have a mouldy odour which sent one of our kids into a coughing fit, she then slept with me. The linen was thankfully, clean. We didn't use the wardrobes or drawers as again, they had an overpowering mouldy smell. The bathroom is small and again, smelled - the exhaust fan does not appear to work. The backyard was overgrown and I requested twice that it be cut. The BBQ was thick with grease, also requested to have cleaned. It was also difficult to use the BBQ as the knobs were rusted - gave up and used the cooktop. The kitchen is well appointed and the 2 fridges are a bonus. The house does have lovely furniture, the great sized TV, vast DVD & games collection kept the kids happy. The proximity to the beach cannot be faulted. We took many long walks on the beach & the dog loved it.

This is the quintessential Aussie beach pad. The house is in a great position overlooking Warrain beach. One morning while eating brekky on the front deck we spotted a pod of Dolphin's cruising past, HEAVEN! The house itself is rather cute with lovely decor and a well kitted out kitchen. The telly + DVD collection came in handy one rainy arvo. I reccomend this property, and I'll definately be back!

"This bungalow is what every modern resort attempts to replicate, without success. It has charm and character starting with the original front weatherboards right through to the beautifully restored flooring in the main living area. With two fridges, one for food and (the best part) a bigger one just for drinks we were in paradise. Lounging in the hammock in the back yard I could only dream of Gilligan's Island that we watched the previous night. This was one of the most relaxing holidays we have taken. The kids could walk across the road to the beach & we could watch them from the front lawn while cooking lunch or dinner on the BBQ. There are plenty of activities for children to do, along with an range of games and DVD's to entertain them and a visit to the Roto-milker a 10 minute drive away, which is a real eye opener. The bed linen and towels are all clean and new, with the bedrooms recently refurbished. The rustic furniture adds a certain charm, along with modern conveniences at your fingertips. We will definitely be returning one day. "
