The Collers Bay Beach House is perfectly located between Famous Mollymook Beach and Pristine Ulladulla Harbour.
Sleeps 10-Large 4 bedroom home with gourmet kitchen, open plan living/dining flowing onto an expansive deck taking advantage of views. Dishwasher, TV/DVD, gas log fire, single garage at rear, (front garage n/a), gas BBQ. Extra accommodation attached to garage at rear.
Sleeps 10: Main house - 2 Queen, 2 KS with trundles - Rear accommodation - 1 set bunks. Timber floors throughout, carpeted rooms, spa bath in bathroom and second bathroom in attached accommodation.
The large balcony faces a spectacular 180 degree view which takes in Collers bay, North Mollymook, the nine hole golf course and the great pacific ocean with regular sightings of migrating whales.

For the dolphin watchers, Mollymook is the home to a large pod of dolphins who regularly entertain sunday morning coffee goers.
The Collers Bay Beach House is furnished in a contemporary and comfortable style and is appointed with all modern conveniences.
Gourmet Kitchen/spa bath/1 bathroom and extra toilet in main house and extra bunks and extra bathroom in attached accommodation.
All bedrooms are supplied with doonas, pillows, extra blankets. All you need to bring are your sheets (2 queens and 4 king singles and 2 singles), bath towels and beach towels.
All the linen we supply at the house, i.e. mattress protectors, pillows protectors, doona covers, tea towels and bathmats are all supplied freshly laundered for all guests.
The house will easily accommodate 3-4 couples even 5, or 2 families. Cot included.
There is a no smoking policy inside the house and sorry no pets allowed.
Pristine environment and Heritage Local Townships
The Mollymook, Ulladulla and Milton area boasts beautiful surfing beaches and pristine natural estuaries and lakes, a magnificent Harbour and the surrounding national park Budawangs and the Iconic Pigeon House Mountain. Only 3 hours from Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra. The rural area of Milton is an oasis in the rolling hills of the Ulladulla district and a heritage township full of authentic rural delights, galleries and restaurants. Both Mollymook, Milton and Ulladulla are bustling centres with a variety of retail outlets and restaurants. The Collers Beach house is only a short walk from the town centre and harbour.
North Head walking tracks only 500 metres away and the beautiful \"Bogie Hole Rock pool\" is also only a short stroll away. Walking distance to Mollymook Golf Club, Patrolled beach and Mollymook surf Club.
There is a great range of restaurants from 5 star Bannisters to Cafe Style, or why not try the fresh seafood from Ulladulla harbour and cook up on the BBQ.
Ulladulla town centre is a large commercial twon where you will find all the major supermarkets, banks, cafes, funland, twin movie theatre and the like. The ulladulla wharf Markets are held every 2nd sunday of the Month as well as the Mollymook Beach Markets once a month. During Easter the Ulladulla harbour hosts amazing fireworks, the Legendary \" Blessing of the Fleet Celebrations\' and also on new years Eve the Ulladulla Harbour plays host to New year Celebrations. During spring the district hosts the Arts Feast Festival during October which displays the diversity of a rich cultural area.
