Nice Property - but we were expecting more!
As my husband and I were on our honeymoon we were wanting to stay somewhere special and we thought that Beachmour would be amazing – the reviews and photos looked fabulous. We did enjoy our stay at Beachmour, it is a nice property in a fabulous location. Very close to the beach and it is also dog friend which is rare to find! However, we were a little disappointed in the property (especially given the price!) as the photos and descriptions of the property describes it as luxurious with extras of a five star hotel. Unfortunately, it was not, the property was run down. I am guessing that the photos on Stayz and their website were taken a number of years ago. There were also numerous lights not working throughout the house, including no lights working in one of the bathrooms and only one light working in the dining area (very frustrating at night!). The towels and bathrobes were quiet old, definitely not fluffy as they were described. There were also no slippers or soap provided. The property is also not completely fenced, so we could not leave our dog in the yard when we went out (annoying!) All in all it is a nice property, in a good location but the price seems high for its current condition.
