CROSSWAYS will capture your heart from the moment you drive up the gravel circular drive.
Enchanting from the outside and captivating from the moment you walk through the Antique French doors. The stunning foyer leads you into abundant living spaces to accommodate larger groups, whilst there are many nooks in which to escape and simply enjoy the tranquility of this truly stunning abode. Whether it is a country escape, weekend getaway, golfing or family holiday, special birthday or for a bridal party, CROSSWAYS will simply delight.
With five bedrooms all soaking in the lovely garden vista, three bathrooms (the main features a stunning claw foot tub), Crossways can easily accommodate up to ten guests in style in the main house, with luxurious linen and the comfort of central heating. In the five well-appointed bedrooms there is one king, three queen and two single beds.
Located next to the inviting swimming pool is the cabana, a fully self-contained one bedroom cottage that sleeps two comfortably. Therefore, CROSSWAYS can easily sleep 12 guests if the cabana is to be booked (please note that extra nominal charges apply to accommodate the extra two guests). Please note, the Pool Cabana can not be let out separately - it can only be let out along with the main residence.
THE CHEFS KITCHEN and DINE IN STYLE....
The kitchen is a chef’s delight with all the appliances you could wish for; from a steam oven to coffee machine, there is even a wine fridge and the ease of a microwave. Fully equipped with all the cutlery and crockery you desire, and the convenience of a dishwasher.
Feel a sense of grandeur in the formal dining room where you can entertain in this delightful space enjoying the ambiance of the cosy fireplace.
Various living spaces allow you to congregate together, whilst finding that special cosy nook to enjoy a good book is accommodated as well.
The main living space with several over sized comfortable lounges is warmed by the convenience of a charming gas fireplace. The separate TV room is ideal for lazing around either watching a movie from the DVD player or something on Austar (pay TV).
The Gardens at Crossways are what set it apart from the competition.
Watch the kids frolicking in an enclosed park like environment with a huge Trampoline that even Mum and Dad will be lining up for.
Set amongst three private acres of beautifully maintained gardens, in the summer months enjoy swimming in the pool and all the glorious foliage that you can view from the various sun drenched courtyards, whilst in the cooler clime you will be enchanted by the tranquility of the grounds and the abundant light filtering through foliage.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note the below payment/cancellation policy that ‘Crossways’ of Bowral has:
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Deposit of 50% non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being re-let then any refund will be net of costs to the owner.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. This includes additional day guests or over night guests. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited unless prior arrangements are made in writing. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Wedding Functions can be held on the grounds using the outdoor areas. Please contact us for further information.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Cleaning - The property must be left in a similar state as to how you found it, excess charges will be incurred for cleaning dirty ovens, BBQs, removal of excess rubbish etc.
Departure - Check-out time is 10 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. You must check your exit checklist prior to leaving the property to make sure all appliances are off and the house is secure.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.
Linen is included.
Please note that the pool can not be used after dark.
Crossways needs to be left in the condition of which it was found. It would be very much appreciated if you could please ensure that dirty dishes are to be put in the dishwasher and it turned on, any cushions need to be taken inside, all windows and doors need to be shut and locked. If the property requires extra cleaning the bond will be used to pay for this.
We require a current drivers' license of the booking guest as the booking guest has to be over 21 years and it also protects you as it ensures that nobody else turns up to your booking.
We reserve the right to use the Bond in the event of damage to the property.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
