Church Hill Grange has two bedrooms, is fully self contained sleeping up to 6, and is very central to everywhere in the Southern Highlands.

This luxurious accommodation with absolutely everything provided is perfect for anytime you need to stay over for a wedding, a party or just feel like a romantic break away in the Highlands. SMALL, well trained and behaved dogs and cats are permissable.

Church Hill Grange has its own separate entrance and consists of a large lounge/dining room with lots of soft comfortable lounges and a fold out sofa bed TV, DVD and CD players for your enjoyment and plenty of books.
There is a huge master bedroom with a queen bed, as well as a second double bedroom which are both supplied with luxury linen, warm doonas and electric blankets for the cooler weather. A fold down baby cot, highchair and change table are available if needed.
You'll also find an opulent bathroom with WC, bath and large separate shower recess; and a fully equipped electric kitchen with crockery and utensils to cater for up to 8 guests.

There are tables and chairs on verandahs either side of the house which allow you to breakfast al fresco on our clear bright sunny mornings, watching the abundant bird life, and there is a gas barbecue for your use.

Cereals, eggs, bread, butter and home made preserves, tea and filter coffee, are provided for your breakfast and there are lots of home made organic extras in the pantry.

Being in the centre of all the major towns of the Southern Highlands, there is no shortage of superb, well priced restaurants to eat in and there are also supermarkets and gourmet food shops handy for all your catering needs.

Our tariff for one couple ranges from $180 for one night midweek and $220 for one night at weekends - but for longer visits it becomes less per night, with extra special weekly rates (not advertised!) There is an extra cost per person for additional people to stay and for small animals.

A 50% deposit by cheque or direct deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The booking can be deferred without penalty if notice is given more than 21 days prior to your arrival date. Once deferred the deposit is not refundable nor deferrable should cancellation occur. If you cancel 0-21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the accommodation. Part cancellation is not accepted. The owners of Church Hill Grange reserve the right to cancel any booking, with full refund, due to unavoidable and unforseen circumstances. If you use a credit card for deposit and then are 'no shows' you will be charged the full rental.

In order to maintain a high standard for our guests, and although we appreciate most will respect our property, because of occasional abuse the following apply:

Your reservation constitutes an affirmative by you that you accept and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of occupancy of Church Hill Grange.
Balance of payment is due on arrival in cash or pre-arranged cheque, or pre-paid by direct deposit.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss to any part of the apartment is the guests responsibility during their stay and must be paid for by the guest.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. It is the guests responsibility to wash, wipe and put away the crockery and cutlery used during their stay and to clean the barbecue if it has been used.
Check in time is after 1.30pm unless prior arrangement has been made with the owners. Check out time is before 10.30am to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guests personal property.

We spent the weekend at Church Hill Grange and, from the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort and generous inclusions provided by Donelle. Breakfast ingredients were generous and easy to prepare in the incredibly well stocked kitchen. Donelle herself was also very helpful to us, including returning a couple of small items that we had left behind. Highly recommend.

THe accommodation is beautiful and without doubt the most spotlessly clean place i have EVER stayed, Everything was pristine and sparkling. Breakfast provided with all the extras. The most GLORIOUS garden. I would recommended guests allow themselves some time to relax amongst the flowers out the back. We timed our stay just right for the flowering of the blossom trees. MAGNIFICENT. Highly recommend this luxury b&b.
