Open plan living and dining room flow past a laundry with washing machine and dryer off to the side and through into the well-equipped kitchen and sheltered courtyard garden at the rear. Both the living and dining rooms have double glass doors leading to the verandah and courtyard respectively.
2nd level contains a master bedroom at the front of the house with queen bed, large built in wardrobe and en suite bathroom.
2nd bedroom faces the rear courtyard and has two single beds, built in wardrobe and an adjacent family bathroom with bath.

Although the address is Darling Street, the house itself is just down Colgate Avenue, a quiet street where you often wake to the sound of Kookaburras.
Linen is provided as well as basic items including some cleaning products, soap and toilet paper... It is the guests' responsibility to purchase their own supplies once these have run out.
Parking for one car is available and is off street. House has interior and exterior stairs and does not have wheelchair access.
Bedding is Q, S, S and this property is set up for a maximum of 5, no more than 4 adults in group.
