1st level is the entry via a shady verandah at the front. Open plan living and dining room flow past a laundry with washing machine and dryer off to the side and through into the well-equipped kitchen and sheltered courtyard garden at the rear. Both the living and dining rooms have double glass doors leading to the verandah and courtyard respectively.

2nd level contains a master bedroom at the front of the house with queen bed, large built in wardrobe and en suite bathroom.
2nd bedroom faces the rear courtyard and has two single beds, built in wardrobe and an adjacent family bathroom with bath.

Shops - 2 mins walk to cafes, restaurants and shopping
Bus - 50m away with a frequent service to the city CBD (15 mins)
Ferry wharf - 5 mins walk
Sydney airport - 20 mins by car

Although the address is Darling Street, the house itself is just down Colgate Avenue, a quiet street where you often wake to the sound of Kookaburras.

Linen is provided as well as basic items including some cleaning products, soap and toilet paper... It is the guests' responsibility to purchase their own supplies once these have run out.

Parking for one car is available and is off street. House has interior and exterior stairs and does not have wheelchair access.

Bedding is Q, S, S and this property is set up for a maximum of 5, no more than 4 adults in group.

Please note: due to strata policy, this property has a no pet policy and is strictly non-smoking, inside and out. Your bond will be forfeited if you smoke on the property.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from outstanding service, outstanding property! clean, well equip, and a brilliantly located property, just meters to the bus and darling street. We found the local restaurants so handy, being just meters from our front door. The back garden we fantastic for early night meals and BBQ's. The house provide enough space for our family of four to enjoy without being compact. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. A brilliant stay!

It was also good to have parking.The ferries are nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants around the corner .The street was also lovely and quiet considering it is so close to Darling street.
