Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Stay I recently stayed at this property with my 3 children and I have to say it was perfect. We were right across the street from the beach and a few great places for breakfast and lunch. After a very busy day of catching up with friends and seeing the sights it was a plus to be able to walk to the Bathers Pavilion (the best restaurant in the area and they have a kids menu) for dinner. The apartment had everything you could ask for and more with beautiful views of the beach. If you have ever been to Balmoral you know parking is hard to come by so the fact the apartment comes with a parking spot is brilliant. In addition. the owner was very responsive and easy to work with. thank you for all the wonderful memories we are already looking forward to booking for next year.

My friend's wedding was at the Rotunda across the road and we used the apartment for the bridal party to get ready - hair and makeup artists, photographers everywhere! The photos were amazing and we were able to walk across the road for the ceremony. There are great cafes within walking distance as well as easy access to the buses. Our deposit was refunded within a couple of days of our stay. Thanks Julie, we loved it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Property Balmoral Beachfront Apartment, 3/53 The Esplanade. It was spotlessly clean and extremely well furnished with all the extras needed to make it a home away from home. The position is unbelievable, right across from Balmoral Beach, with so much of the Mosman lifestyle available just outside the door. The fantastic views take in the Bathers Pavilion and the Rotunda, you can sit for hours watching and fascinated by the variety of people and pets that pass by. A true 5 star experience, we are sure this property must be inundated with return guests. Please congratulate the cleaners on their pristine presentation. We look forward to when we can return and enjoy the fantastic atmosphere the property offers.
